As I said earlier I arrived at Istanbul bus station at 5am on Sunday 21 June 2009. I had to wait around for the first tram to start working.When I arrived in the Sultanahmet area of the city where my hostel was located I noticed something strange, NO people around. But then again, why would there be, at 7am. It was great to be able to walk around the area, which by day is teeming with tourists and just to notice what a nice place it is.
